TELLING A RETAIL BRAND STORY
Barker Road Collection is a unique retail boutique with a variety of treasures selected from around the world. When the owners were ready to expand and appeal to a wider audience, they asked Kendall Ross to bring order and higher visibility to the brand. By developing a central theme of “the golden age of travel” based on the founding family’s own travels and experiences, Kendall Ross was able to extend a sense adventure and romantic spirit of travel across all aspects of the retail experience. A bold and inviting yellow was developed as the signature brand color. Vintage photography evokes the romance and exotic nature of travel during the 1940’s and 50’s. A more compelling Brand story is told through evocative copy combined with vintage visual elements. |
