RENEWING A RETAIL TRADITION Bellevue Place, despite being located in a vibrant business and retail district, needed greater awareness and a distinctive personality to reflect their upscale shopping, dining, and amenities. Kendall Ross researched and evaluated the needs of the individual stores and the overall development in order to discover and utilize the common thread that connected each shop. The result was a new positioning that emphasized the tradition of service and personal attention that came from the individually owned stores. Through a brand-building strategy involving advertising, direct mail, collateral, and signage, we brought renewed attention to the unique stores, highlighting the personal service and one-of-a-kind details Bellevue Place offers to its customers. |
