DEFINING THE ART OF LUXURY LIVING One Lincoln Tower is a luxury condominium located above a four-star hotel scheduled to be complete by Fall 2005. As part of a larger retail development, it suffered from a dramatic market shift and needed to be re-positioned. The challenge was to connect with new buyer demographics without losing buyers who had already purchased units. As part of this effort, Kendall Ross identified the key elements important to this "high touch/high service" clientele. These included the unsurpassed views, unique living spaces, and the numerous lifestyle amenities available just an elevator ride away. The new positioning was extended to the design of the sales center, signage, Web site, and all the marketing and sales collateral necessary to reaffirm that One Lincoln Tower is luxury living at its best. |
