SEATTLE - January 26, 2005 - Kendall Ross, a strategic brand development and design firm based in Seattle, recently signed with Kemper Development Co. of Bellevue, Washington, as the developer's official agency of record for the Lincoln Square project. Billed as one of the largest mixed-use developments currently under construction in the United States, the 1.4 million-square-foot Lincoln Square will include retail, theaters, a four-star hotel, luxury condominiums and parking. Kendall Ross will take charge of all the project's wide array of advertising, marketing, and collateral requirements.

During the first phase of the project, Kendall Ross will create introductory materials, including construction barricade graphics, direct mail and leasing collateral pieces, a new Web site, and a DVD presentation video. During the second phase of the program, the firm will develop a comprehensive ad campaign, direct mail pieces, and a variety of POS collateral, including shopping bags and directories.
